I had never been to Brix Tavern before who are known for their brick oven pizza’s and their lengthy happy hour menu in the heart of the Pearl District.
The mood is lounge/sports bar with rustic and urban decor. Inside the space is one large open room with a full bar along the back wall. Textured brick walls mixed dark colored walls and wood give it a natural feel. Large bay windows allow light to pour in and brighten up the space.

We enjoyed Easter Brunch at Brix Tavern with their all you can eat Buffet! Every weekend they serve breakfast/brunch from their made to order permanent menu, but for special holidays Brix has a self-serve all you can eat buffet with multiple selections. The food was great quality, it was hot and the presentation was beautiful and elegant. During my brunch experience at Brix the staff were extremely nice and multiple servers checked back with us often if we needed refills on beverages or sauces to go with our food. I love the ambiance of Brix which is relaxed but trendy with unique cocktail menu and various types of food on the menu including their house made rotisserie meats.
Brunch at Brix was some of the best food I had in a long time, I highly recommend trying Brix for brunch! Such a fun and delicious experience.

Brunch Buffet at Brix:
$25 per person included juices, coffee, tea.
Table #1 This was the main largest table with salads, gourmet cheeses, gnocchi & cocktail shrimp, salmon, fresh fruit, scones and bakery goods.
Table #2 Hot Foods: Eggs Benedict with Corn Cake, Sausage & Bacon, herbed country potatoes, cheesy egg scramble, Biscuits & Gravy, strawberry blintzes
Table #3 Candy/Desserts: Mini one bite treats , loose candy, cotton candy, bread pudding, cheesecake, cake roll.
Table #4 Meat carving station: A server was at hand slicing up ham. They cook their meats in-house with a slow roast rotisserie which was visible from our table.

My Favorite:
Eggs Benedict: Traditional Benedict is served on an English muffin, but this was served on a corn cake square similar to polenta!
Gourmet Cheeses: huge hunk of blue cheese, brie, and other cubed cheese.
Biscuits with Sausage Gravy
